Music Festivals
Michiganders don't have to drive to Nashville, New Orleans, Austin, Chicago, Newport, or New York to hear great music.
Summer and fall in Michigan is the perfect for music lovers. From the Upper Peninsula to the Thumb and from Harbor Springs to Detroit, Michigan is alive with music. Alpena, Caseville, Traverse City, E. Lansing, and Oxford, for example, have fabulous blues festivals. Traditional music is celebrated at the Blissfest and Wheatland Festivals.
Interlochen Center for the Arts, Meadobrook, and Pine Knob are wonderful outdoor music venues with something for every music taste. Travel the byways of Michigan and enjoy great music.
